The 15th international tennis tournament in Zinnowitz took place from June 29th to July 6th, 1969 in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz .
The defending champions Vyacheslav Jegorow and Hella Riede were successful again. Riede beat Brigitte Hoffmann in the final . Jegorow was also able to defend his mixed title, this time alongside Maria Kull . The men's doubles went to the two Hungarians András Szöcsik and Péter Szőke . The women's doubles were won by Jewgenija Isopaitis and Maria Kull. As in the previous year, Brigitte Hoffmann and Hella Riede reached the finals in women's doubles and Riede and Werner Rautenberg in mixed .
