The 10th international tennis tournament in Zinnowitz took place from June 28th to July 5th, 1964 in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz .

The three-time winner was Vyacheslav Yegorov from the Soviet Union, who won the men's doubles with Alexander Ivanov and the mixed with Valerija Kuzmenko . Titowa also won the women's doubles on the side of Tiiu Kivi against Eva Johannes and Hella Vahley , who made the single final among themselves with the better end for Vahley, who also reached the mixed final on the side of Werner Rautenberg . Rautenberg and Horst Stahlberg also reached the semi-finals in the men's singles.
