The 11th international tennis tournament in Zinnowitz took place from June 27th to July 4th 1965 in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz .

The individual titles won Ants Juhvelt from the Soviet Union and the Czechoslawak Alena Palmeová , who was successful in the final against the defending champion Hella Vahley . Werner Rautenberg won two titles in the double competitions alongside Peter Fährmann and with Hella Vahley. The finalists in men's doubles were Hans-Jürgen Luttropp and Ulrich Trettin and the final opponents in mixed Änne Lindner and Peter Fährmann. The women’s doubles were won by the Hungarians Éva Szabó and Erzsébet Széll .
