Isaac Scot Hayden (born March 22, 1995 in Chelmsford ) is an English football player . The defensive and central defensive midfielder, who is safe on the ball and strong in tackles, was trained in the youth academy of Arsenal FC and was first used in 2013 in the first team of the "Gunners".

Career

Hayden went through the youth department of Arsenal and was trained there to become a strong defender who can also be used in midfield. He made his debut for the first team in the League Cup against West Bromwich Albion on September 25, 2013 . After a promising start to the 2014/15 season, an ankle injury threw him back in his development. So it was only one more league cup appearance this year. Hayden, who played for several English youth national teams, then moved to the second division Hull City for a full season on loan in the summer of 2015 . There he came more often to the train (although not infrequently only by substitution) and scored his first goal in the professional field on January 16, 2016 in a 6-0 victory over Charlton Athletic .
