Jason Stoltenberg  (born April 4,   1970  in Narrabri  ) is a retired Australian   tennis player  .
Career Stoltenberg began his career at an Antbed Court  on his father's cotton  farm in New South Wales  . In 1987 he won the youth title of the Australian Open  , then he was number one in the youth world rankings. He became a professional player later that year. 
In 1989 he reached his first final on the tour in Livingston  . He won his first professional title in 1993 in Manchester  . He was also part of the Australian Davis Cup  team, which finished second that same year after losing to Germany in the final.
Stoltenberg's greatest success in a Grand Slam tournament was his semi-finals in 1996 at Wimbledon  , where he had to admit defeat to the eventual winner Richard Krajicek  .
During his career, Stoltenberg won four singles and five doubles on the tour. His best world ranking positions were 19th in singles and 23rd in doubles. He won his last individual title in 1997 in Coral Springs  . In 2001 he ended his active tennis career.
After retiring from professional tennis, he became the coach of Lleyton Hewitt  .
