Jesse McCartney
Jesse Arthur McCartney (born April 9, 1987 in New York City , New York ) is an American actor , voice actor , singer and songwriter .
Life
Jesse McCartney played in various musicals at the age of seven. In 1998 he got the role of Adam Chandler in the television series All My Children, which has been broadcast in the USA since 1970 . From 1999 to 2002 he was a member of the boy band Dream Street , which broke up due to legal disputes.
He started recording his first EP called Jmac in 2002 , which includes tracks like Don't You , Crushing , etc. In 2003 he started recording Beautiful Soul , but interrupted it to move to Los Angeles and shoot the series Summerland Beach there. The series was canceled after two seasons despite the high ratings. McCartney sang the so-called Summerland song on the Summerland soundtrack together with his colleague Sara Paxton . The soundtrack also contained his title Get Your Shine On .
On September 28, 2004 McCartney released his first solo album, Beautiful Soul , which temporarily reached number 1 in the charts in Australia . He graduated from high school in 2005 . On September 19, 2006, almost exactly two years after his debut, he released his second album Right Where You Want Me . The album was released in Germany on September 29, 2006. The first video for his second long player was also called Right Where You Want Me . He has now released his third album, Departure , in America .
McCartney is now also active as a songwriter. He had his first big hit with the title Bleeding Love , which he wrote with Ryan Tedder ( OneRepublic ) for the British singer Leona Lewis . The song was an international success.
Jesse McCartney has two younger siblings, Lea (born July 17, 1991) and Timothy (born December 20, 1996).
