Job success

JobErffekt is a Bavarian inclusion award . It honors a special and exemplary commitment of employers in the inclusion of people with disabilities in working life. It has been awarded annually since 2005, usually on December 3rd, International Day of People with Disabilities , jointly by the Bavarian State Government Commissioner for the Issues of People with Disabilities, the Bavarian State Parliament, and the Bavarian Ministry of Social Affairs. A comparable award is the inclusion price of the state of Berlin .
