Jonathan Moss Tucker (born May 31, 1982 in Boston , Massachusetts ) is an American film actor who had his biggest role to date in the television series The Black Donnellys .

Life

Tucker grew up in a family of artists. His father, Paul Hayes Tucker , is a recognized expert on Claude Monet and Impressionism .

Jonathan Tucker spent most of his childhood in Irish -influenced Charlestown , and attended Park School in Brookline . After that, however, Tucker moved to Ojai , California , where he graduated from Thacher School .

He made his acting debut in 1990 in the crime film Small Time , and since then has increasingly appeared in front of the camera for independent films and TV series . His two best-known films include Sleepers (1996) and Michael Bay's Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003). He stood in front of the camera with Adrianne Palicki for a guest appearance in the series Criminal Minds .

Tucker graduated from Columbia University .

On June 16, 2012, Jonathan Tucker married production assistant Tara Ahamed in New York City . On May 15, 2019, the couple became parents to a pair of twins, a son and a daughter.
