Kaditzsch is a village in the Leipzig district in Saxony . Politically, the place has belonged to Grimma since 1994 . It is located on the 8334 district road between Neunitz and Höfgen .

Kaditzsch was first mentioned as Katicz in 1350 . Further mentions were:

  • 1384: Gatschicz

On October 1, 1938, Kaditzsch was incorporated into Höfgen. The municipality of Höfgen on January 1, 1994 again moved to Grimma, which means that Kaditzsch has been part of the latter since then.

Sights and culture

The Höfgen memorial smithy is located in Kaditzsch (see there). Furthermore, the Juttapark , an English-style wooded area, is in the immediate vicinity .
