The canton of Montluçon-Nord-Est was until 2015 a French canton in the arrondissement of Montluçon , in the Allier department and in the Auvergne region . It comprised two communities and the north-eastern part of the main town (French:  chef-lieu ) Montluçon . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015.
