The canton of Moulins-1 is a French constituency in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It includes six parishes and the western part of the city of Moulins in the Moulins arrondissement . It was re-created in 2015 as a result of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons. It replaces the old canton of Moulins-Ouest .
