The canton of Moulins-2 is a French constituency in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It includes the eastern part of the city of Moulins and 22 other municipalities in the arrondissements of Vichy and Moulins . It was re-created in 2015 as a result of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons.
