The Kolomna Ice Skating Center ( Russian Коломенский центр конькобежного спорта ) called Kometa is an ice rink located on the Moscow River in Kolomna , Russia .

The hall is the third hall in Russia after the Krylatskoje Ice Palace and the Uralskaya Molnija . The architect of the multifunctional hall is the Dutchman Bertus Butter, who was also involved in the design of the Adler Arena in Sochi .

The third World Cup of the 2007/08 season over the long distances stopped here in December 2007. Over 5000 meters, Gretha Smit achieved a rarely seen performance.
