The Comorian national football team is the national team of the African island state of the Comoros . The Comoros have been a member of the CAF since 2003 and a member of FIFA since 2005 . The team played their first official FIFA international match against Yemen on December 14, 2006 in Sanaa . The first unofficial game, however, took place on August 26, 1979 in Réunion against Mauritius and ended 0: 3. The national football team of the African island nation of the Comoros is one of the weakest in the world. The team has not yet managed to qualify for a soccer world championship . The team has not yet qualified for the Africa Cup .
