Lichtenfels district court

The Lichtenfels Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Lichtenfels in what is now the Lichtenfels district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Lichtenfels district court was established. After the establishment of the Kingdom of Bavaria, this was added to the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Lichtenfels District Court was established, whose district consists of the Lichtenfels Regional Court district with the former communities of Buch am Forst , Burgberg , Graitz , Hochstadt am Main , Isling , Kösten , Köttel , Lahm , Lettenreuth , Lichtenfels, Mannsgereuth , Michelau , mistletoe field , Mönchkröttendorf , Neuensee , Neuses am Main , Oberlangheim , Oberdorf , Oberwallstrasse city , Redwitz an der Rodach , Reundorf , Roth , Schney , Schwürbitz , Seubelsdorf , Stetten , Trainau , engines , Wolfsloch , Zettlitz , Zeublitz and Marktzeuln was formed .
