The Laoshan Mountain Bike Grounds is a sports venue for mountain bike competitions in Beijing . It was one of the competition venues for the 2008 Summer Olympics .

The Laoshan mountain bike area was renovated on May 31, 2006 for the Olympic Games. It covers 8,725 square meters and offers spectators with 2,000 seats and 15,000 standing places. With a length of 4.6 kilometers, the mountain bike route is shorter and more demanding than in previous mountain bike competitions at the Olympic Games in order to accommodate the spectators. When creating the course, the natural conditions were taken into account as much as possible in order to keep the damage to them as low as possible.

The track served as a training ground for Chinese athletes until the Olympic Games. After the games it could be used by the public.
