The Beijing University of Technology Gymnasium ( Chinese 北京 工業 大學 體育館 , Pinyin Běijīng Gōngyè Dàxué Tǐyùguǎn ) is a sports facility of the Beijing Polytechnic University opened in 2007 .

The hall was newly built for the 2008 Olympic Games and offers 5,800 permanent and 1,700 temporary seats on an area of 24,383 square meters. In December 2007 the ITTF protour final took place in the hall . Badminton and rhythmic gymnastics competitions were held in the sports hall at the 2008 Summer Olympics .
