List of entries for Best Foreign Language Film for the 1981 Academy Awards
The following 26 films, all from different countries, were nominations in the Best Foreign Language Film category for the 1960 Academy Awards . The highlighted titles were the five ultimately nominated films, which come from France, Japan, the Soviet Union, Spain and Hungary. The Oscar went to the Soviet contribution Moscow does not believe the tears .
For the first time, entries from Iceland, Cameroon, Colombia and Portugal were submitted for this award.
