The district courts are based on the provinces in the region .

The list of dishes in Emilia-Romagna is used to hold the state Italian courts of ordinary and special jurisdiction in the region Emilia-Romagna . Until further notice, only places of jurisdiction are given.

An appeal jury will be set up at the appellate court , and jury courts at the regional courts. Court of Appeal there is an Attorney General's Office , in district courts and juvenile courts public prosecutors .

The Bologna Court of Appeal and the Bologna Regional Court have chambers for corporate, copyright and commercial matters.

The military court in Verona is also responsible for the Emilia-Romagna region.
Tasks of the constitutional court accepts the Constitutional Court in Rome .
