Appeal courts (in South Tyrol usually called the Higher Regional Court ) are set up by appeal courts , while in the regional courts (in South Tyrol regional court ) jury courts are set up. The appellate there Attorneys General , in district courts and juvenile courts public prosecutors .
At the Appellate Court of Trento and the Bolzano branch and the Regional Courts of Bolzano and Trento there are chambers for corporate, copyright or commercial matters.
