Appeal courts are set up at the appellate courts and jury courts at the regional courts. The appellate there Attorneys General , in district courts and juvenile courts public prosecutors .

At the appellate courts of Milan and Brescia and at the regional courts of Milan and Brescia there are chambers for corporate, copyright and commercial matters.

Special dishes

• Regional Administrative Courts (TAR) in Milan and Brescia.
• Regional Tax Commission ( Finance Court ) in Milan with a branch in Brescia.
  • Eleven subordinate provincial tax commissions in the provinces of Lombardy (excluding Monza ).
• The Public Water Court in Milan has jurisdiction over the Lombardy region.
• Branch of the National Audit Office in Milan (has the status of a court).
• The military court in Verona is also responsible for the Lombardy region.
• Tasks of the constitutional court accepts the Constitutional Court in Rome .
