The list of courts in Lazio is intended to include the Italian state courts of ordinary and special jurisdiction in the Lazio region . Until further notice, only places of jurisdiction are given.

An appeal jury court is set up at the appellate court and jury courts at the regional courts.
The Court of Cassation has a Prosecutor General , a National Anti-Mafia Prosecutor General and a Military Prosecutor General. Court of Appeal there is also a General Prosecutor and an anti-Mafia prosecutor in district courts and juvenile courts public prosecutors .
The Rome Appeal Court and the Rome Regional Court have chambers for corporate, copyright or commercial matters.
Special dishes
- For the constitutional jurisdiction is the Constitutional Court in Rome in charge.
- The Italian Court of Auditors in Rome has the status of a court. It has branches in all Italian regions, in Lazio in Rome.
- At the head of the administrative judiciary is the Council of State in Rome. Subordinate to it are Regional Administrative Courts (TAR), in Lazio in Rome and in Latina .
- The financial jurisdiction is organized at the regional and provincial level. The final court of appeal may be the court of cassation. In Rome there is a Regional Tax Commission ( Finance Court ) for Lazio with a branch in Latina and five subordinate provincial tax commissions in Frosinone, Latina, Rieti, Rome and Viterbo.
- There is a military appellate court in Rome . Subordinate to it are three military courts in Verona , Rome and Naples . The Rome Military Court has jurisdiction over Lazio and central Italy including the Abruzzo region and Sardinia . The court of cassation may also be the final court of appeal in this area.
- In Rome there is a higher court for public waters ( Tribunale Superiore delle Acque Pubbliche ). Eight regional courts for public waters are subordinate to it, including the one in Rome. The latter is responsible for the central Italian regions of Latium, Abruzzo, Umbria and Marche , or for the appellate districts that encompass these regions. The final court of appeal may be the court of cassation. As in the case of labor courts , jurisdiction over public waters should be fully integrated into ordinary jurisdiction.
