The list of courts in Tuscany serves to include the Italian state courts of ordinary and special jurisdiction in the Tuscany region . Until further notice, only places of jurisdiction are given.

In general, the judicial districts of the courts of appeal are based on the political boundaries of the regions. Tuscany is an exception with its court of appeal in Florence. The district court of Massa, located in the very north-west of Tuscany, with its subordinate peace courts belongs to the jurisdiction of the Appeal Court of Genoa in neighboring Liguria. This also applies to the Massa enforcement agency.
