List of natural monuments in the Schärding district
The list of natural monuments in the district of Schärding lists the objects designated as natural monuments in the district of Schärding in the state of Upper Austria . Of the 23 natural monuments, 18 protected objects are trees or groups of trees, two natural monuments are protected stone blocks, two natural monuments relate to protected water sections and one natural monument is a moor. The trees and groups of trees designated as natural monuments include various native and exotic species, seven natural monuments including winter linden ( Tilia cordata ) and six summer linden ( Tilia platyphyllos ). Spatially, the natural monuments are spread across the municipality of Sankt Aegidi , where there are four natural monuments alone. There are also three natural monuments in Rainbach im Innkreis and two in Waldkirchen am Wesen .
