The essentially Romanesque local chapel hll. Peter and Paul , a simple building from the 12th / 13th centuries Century, was baroque around 1629 . The nave , whose western part was canceled in 1827, is by a gable roof covered and in the west by a ridge turret crowned. In the north and south it is divided by buttresses as well as an arched window and a raised circular window . In the south, a staircase leads to the arched portal. The semi-circular recessed apse in the east has basket-arched windows and a semi-conical roof .

To the north of the village there is a granite pillar with chamfered edges, a four-sided pedestal and a protruding cover plate. On it rests a tabernacle with shallow arched niches , a strongly profiled cornice and a crowning stone cross . A coat of arms and the name “Matthias Pessenböckh 1717” are engraved .

The partially restored or reconstructed Mollenburg castle ruin covers an area of ​​around 120 × 60 m on a 40 m high ridge that slopes steeply on three sides. It was first mentioned in a document in 1303. A Romanesque predecessor building from the 13th century (?) Was possibly destroyed in 1296 in the Kuenringer uprising. In the first quarter of the 14th century it was rebuilt by the Streitwieser. In the middle of the 16th century it was rebuilt and expanded into a well-fortified Renaissance castle. In 1860 it was turned into ruins for tax reasons. In 1972 Jörg Mauthe acquired the castle and partially reconstructed or renovated it. It is privately owned by the Mauthe family to this day.

The local chapel of St. Katharina is a simple, essentially Gothic building, mentioned in a document in 1359, with a gable roof and a roof turret that was renewed in the 20th century. The retracted choir is supported by stepped buttresses. The chapel is accessible through a pointed arch portal in the west. The southern portal is walled up. The windows are ogival. In the east there is a baroque sacristy extension with a gable roof, which is connected to house number 14.

Streitwiesen Castle, located on a low hill on the left side of the Weitental Valley, was first mentioned in a document in 1144. It was owned by the Streitwieser until the end of the 14th century and then changed hands frequently. Under Jakob Rot von Reinprechtspölla, it was converted into a renaissance complex in the second half of the 16th century . In 1697 it was united with the rule of Pölla, went to the Habsburgs in 1797 and was demolished around 1860. In 1972 it was bought by a group of leaders of the youth movement and expanded to become an Austrian youth castle.

The Café Geierhorst, the former Mollenburg'sche Schlosstaverne , located at the confluence of the street from Seitendorf to Weitentalstraße , is an irregular, two- to three-storey building with floor brackets and edging from the last quarter of the 16th century. The main building has turrets placed over a corner and is connected to a tower-like component in the south by a narrow building. On the ground floor of the corner turret there are seating niches with stucco ribbed vaults.

The rectory to the north of the church is a two-storey, hook-shaped, with a hipped roof and windows in profiled plaster frames, essentially a late-Gothic complex, which is located in the building association with the surrounding wall. He has a polychrome Pietà wood relief in safekeeping. Further furnishings include a picture of Christ on the cross with Mary and John from the late 18th century and a statue of St. Francis of Assisi from around 1640.

The slightly elevated parish church of St. Stephanus is a Gothic staggered hall with an older Gothic choir and a small, free-standing west tower. It is surrounded by a cemetery and a wall on the south and west. In the north is the parsonage, in the east a cemetery from 1985 and in the southeast the parish office from 1971. The parish was founded in Passau in 1050 and was first mentioned in 1120.

The pillory column on the market square is an eight-sided pillar with a profiled cover plate, stone ball and a Roland statue from the early 17th century.
