List of avalanche accidents

This list of avalanche accidents includes disasters caused by avalanches . Both disasters caused directly by avalanches and indirect, but temporally and spatially closely related disasters are recorded.

The criterion for admission is a minimum of 10 deaths per event or per related event or any other major significance or specialty, especially from the perspective of the DA-CH countries.
