The Loderhof-Weiher area is a nature reserve (NSG number 4.232) in the area of the city of Tettnang in the Lake Constance district in Baden-Württemberg , Germany, which was designated by the Tübingen regional council by ordinance of November 24, 1993 .
location
The approximately ten hectare Loderhof-Weiher nature reserve is part of the Westallgäu hill country . It is located southeast of Tettnang, in the Tannau and Langnau districts , between the districts of Gebhardsweiler in the north, Rappertsweiler in the south and Wiesertsweiler in the west, at an altitude of 500 m above sea level. NN . The NSG Buchbach is surrounded by conservation area " Endmoränenwall and fen north Rappertsweiler "; directly to the north of it is the Buchbach NSG .
Protection purpose
The main purpose of protection is to maintain and improve a richly structured ecosystem . This consists of pipes Grass scattering -, wet and wet meadows , grassland, single-tree stands and wood structures, a wet forest clearing , a nutrient-poor slope Quellmoor area and a sedimentation fen with a particularly vulnerable flora from Kalkkleinseggenrieden .
Flora and fauna
Among the fauna worthy of protection there are numerous butterflies and moths , rams , meadow breeders and dragonflies . In terms of flora , the great abundance of orchids and the flour primrose rush society are particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, many glacial relics and rare marsh plants grow here .
