The Loudoun United Football Club , in short Loudoun United is an American football franchise the USL Championship in Leesburg , Virginia .
history
On July 18, 2018, Loudoun United was officially launched as the new franchise of the USL Championship. This team is owned by the Major League Soccer franchise DC United and thus also replaces the Richmond Kickers as a USLC partner club.
Stadion
Construction work on a new stadium began in October 2018. The Segra Field was opened in August of 2019. Until then, the team played at Audi Field in Washington, DC
