The 1995 MTV Europe Music Awards were presented on November 23, 1995 at the Zénith in the French capital, Paris . The show was hosted by French fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier . The most frequently nominated were Bon Jovi (three times) as well as Green Day , Michael Jackson , REM and The Offspring (twice each).
