MTV Europe Music Awards / Best Group

The Best Group category , which is presented annually as part of the MTV Europe Music Awards , was awarded when it was first awarded in 1994 . The biggest winners in the category include the Spice Girls , Backstreet Boys , Linkin Park and BTS , who each won the category twice. Of these bands, the Spice Girls, the Backstreet Boys and BTS succeeded in winning the award for two consecutive years. The category paused from 2010 to 2017 inclusive.
