MTV Europe Music Awards / Best Live Act

The MTV Europe Music Award for Best Live Act was introduced in 1995 at the MTV Europe Music Award . It rewards live bands and their respective tours during the nomination period. U2 and Ed Sheeran each won the award twice. In 2007 and 2008 the category was Best Headliner .
