MTV Europe Music Awards / Best Album

The MTV Europe Music Award for Best Album was first presented at the 1998 MTV Europe Music Awards . Eminem won the award for his two albums The Marshall Mathers LP (2000) and The Eminem Show (2002). The award was last given in 2008. Nelly Furtado was nominated for her album Loose in both 2006 and 2007. In the second year she won the award.
