Marcos Llorente Moreno (born January 30, 1995 in Madrid ) is a Spanish football player . His preferred position is the central midfield . He is currently under contract with Atlético Madrid .

Llorente began his junior career at the age of seven at Club Deportivo Las Rozas in the Madrid suburb of Las Rozas de Madrid , where he spent four seasons. After spending a year at Escuela de Fútbol Roceña and Rayo Majadahonda , the then 13-year-old Llorente moved to Real Madrid's youth team in the summer of 2008 , where he started in the Infantil A (U14) team. From then on he went through various age groups and won the Spanish championship with the U19 ( Juvenil A ) in the 2013/14 season .
