CA San Lorenzo

Correa began his career at CA San Lorenzo de Almagro, where he joined the professional squad in 2013. On March 31, 2013, he came in the 0-1 home game against CA Newell's Old Boys for his first appearance in the Argentine Primera División , after he came on in the 67th minute for Enzo Kalinski . He scored his first goal on May 11, 2013 against Boca Juniors to make it 3-0. In 2014 he won the Copa Libertadores with the club . Atlético Madrid

Correa took part in the U20 South American Championship in Uruguay in early 2015 with the Argentine U20 selection .
