The Mitsubishi Dingo or Mitsubishi Mirage Dingo was a Mitsubishi minivan built from 1998 to 2003 . It was based on the Mitsubishi Mirage platform . The name is derived from the game of chance bingo .

In the beginning, the Dingo was available with the Orion -1.5 L-GDI engine (with direct petrol injection) and INVECS-II four-speed automatic transmission, a smaller 1.3 L version (without GDI) and a larger 1.8 L version became like the INVECS III automatic transmission introduced with the facelift in 2000.
