The Mitsubishi Dion is a compact van produced by the Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors . As announced at the Tokyo Motor Show 1999, the Mitsubishi Dion was introduced in Japan in January 2000. The platform for the Dion was the Lancer / Mirage station wagon, with seven seats in a 2–3–2 combination. The name Dion is derived from the Greek god for wine and joy, Dionysus .
Engines
A 2.0-liter four-cylinder in-line engine with 135 hp (99 kW), a 1.8-liter engine with GDI (direct petrol injection) and the same output, as well as a 2.0-liter engine were available GDI and an output of 165 PS (121 kW).
