Miyoshi ( Japanese み よ し 市 , - shi ) is a city in the Japanese prefecture of Aichi .

Miyoshi is east of Nagoya and west of Toyota .
history
Today's community was created on July 1, 1906 from the merger of the villages Akegoe ( 明 越 村 , - mura ), Azabu ( 莇 生 村 , -mura ) and the old Miyoshi ( 三好 村 , -mura ) to form the new village Miyoshi. On April 1, 1958, he was appointed chō (district city) Miyoshi ( 三好 町 ). On January 4, 2010, the congregation changed its spelling to hiragana ( み よ し 町 ) and was made shi .
