The Mostaganem Province ( Arabic ولاية مستغانم, DMG Wilāyat Mustaġānim , tamazight ⴰⴳⴻⵣⴷⵓ ⵏ ⵎⵓⵙⵜⵖⴰⵏⴻⵎ Agezdu n Mustɣanem ) is a province ( wilaya ) in northwestern Algeria .
