NGC 4059 = NGC 4070 is an elliptical galaxy of the Hubble type E in the constellation Haar der Berenike in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 321 million light years from the Milky Way .
The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on April 27, 1785 .
