NGC 4068 = IC 757 is an irregular dwarf galaxy of the Hubble type Im in the constellation Great Bear in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 13 million light years from the Milky Way and about 10,000 light years in diameter.

In the same area of ​​the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 4102 .

The object was discovered in 1789 by the astronomer William Herschel using an 18.7 inch telescope.
