National Highway 19 ( NH 19 ) is a major highway in northeast India with a length of 240 kilometers. It begins in Ghazipur in the state of Uttar Pradesh at NH 29 and after 120 km through this state leads a further 120 km through the neighboring state of Bihar , where it ends in its capital Patna at NH 30 .
