National Highway 23 ( NH 23 ) is a main highway in the east of the state of India with a length of 459 kilometers. It begins in Chas in the state of Jharkhand on NH 32 and after 250 km through this state runs a further 209 km through the neighboring state of Odisha , where it ends at Angul on NH 42 .
