National Highway 52 ( NH 52 ) is a main highway in northeast India with a length of 850 kilometers, which is an important link within the northeastern states . It begins in Baihata north of Guwahati in the state of Assam on NH 31 and runs 510 km through the lowlands of the state, running parallel and north to the Brahmaputra River and passing the city of Tezpur . Finally, it leads 310 km through the state of Arunachal Pradesh in the extreme northeast of India, before it runs another 30 km through the east of Assam and ends at NH 37 east of Tinsukia .
