Olaf Bjørn Bjørnstad (born January 10, 1931 - May 12, 2013 ) was a Norwegian ski jumper.
Bjørnstad was able to win the Four Hills Tournament 1953/54 after daily victories in Oberstdorf , Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Innsbruck as well as a 3rd place in Bischofshofen with 888.1 points before the Finn Eino Kirjonen , who reached 851.2 points. However, it remained his only international success in his career.
