Patrick Erras (born January 21, 1995 in Amberg ) is a German football player . The defensive midfielder , who can also play as a central defender , is under contract with Werder Bremen .

Career

Erras started his career in 2000 at SV Raigering and in 2007 moved to the youth team of 1. FC Nürnberg . With the B-youth he won the season 2011/12 the season south / southwest of the B-junior Bundesliga . Two years later he was promoted to the A-Juniors Bundesliga with the U19s . For the 2014/15 season, Erras moved up to the second team that plays in the Regionalliga Bayern . On August 15, 2014, he scored his first regional league goal in a 3-1 home defeat against 1. FC Schweinfurt 05 .

On September 13, 2015, Erras was in the first team's squad for the league game against SpVgg Greuther Fürth , but was not used. After the 2019/20 season , in which Nuremberg prevented relegation against FC Ingolstadt 04 from relegation to the third division, Erras decided against an extension of his contract and left Nuremberg.

For the 2020/21 season he moved to the Bundesliga club Werder Bremen .
