Prads-Haute-Bléone is a French municipality with 182 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in the region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . It belongs to the canton of Seyne in the Arrondissement of Digne-les-Bains . The residents call themselves Pradins .
Today's municipality was created through the merger of the older villages of Prads and Mariaud in 1973 and their merger with Blégiers in 1977.

The municipality borders on Méolans-Revel to the north, Allos to the north-east, Villars-Colmars to the east, Thorame-Basse to the south-east, Draix to the south, La Javie to the south-west, Beaujeu to the west and Le Vernet to the north-west . Plane crash in 2015
On March 24, 2015, a plane crash occurred in the area of the municipality. An Airbus A320 of the airline Germanwings with the flight number 4U9525 crashed in the Massif des Trois-Évêchés . All 144 passengers and 6 crew members were killed.
