The 1941 season of the Primera División was the 38th season (the 10th of the professional era) of the Uruguayan top division in men's football , the Primera División .

The Primera División consisted of eleven clubs in the championship season of 1941, whose teams met twice in a total of 100 championship games. There were 20 game days. Nacional Montevideo won the championship without losing points as the first in the table in front of Club Atlético Peñarol and the Rampla Juniors as second and third in the season's final table . As bottom of the table, Bella Vista rose from the Primera División. Atilio García was the top scorer with 23 goals .
