Nor Cinti is a province in the southwestern part of the Chuquisaca department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
location
The province is one of ten provinces in the Chuquisaca department. It borders to the north and west by the department of Potosi , the south with the province of Sud Cinti , on the southeast by the Hernando Siles Province , and east to the azurduy province .
The province extends roughly between 19 ° 46 'and 20 ° 56' south latitude and 64 ° 16 'and 65 ° 22' west longitude, its extent from west to east is up to 115 kilometers, from north to south also 115 kilometers.
