Punta de Rieles - Bella Italia is a district ( barrio ) of the Uruguayan capital Montevideo .

The quarter is made up of the two barrios Punta de Rieles and Bella Italia. It borders on Jardines del Hipódromo to the southwest , Villa García-Manga Rural to the west and north, and Bañados de Carrasco to the east and southeast .

The area of ​​the district is enclosed, starting from the northwest in a clockwise direction, by the border line formed by the following streets: Camino Gral. Leandro Gomez , Camino Delfin , Camino Punta de Rieles , Geminis , Camino Chta. de los Padres , Camino Maldonado , Milan , Rafael , Bulevar A. Saravia and E Pinto .

The area both from Punta de Rieles and Bella Italia is the municipality of F assigned.

The Ruta 8 highway begins in this district , and from here it crosses the whole country from south to north and ends in Aceguá on the border with Brazil.
