Villa García - Manga Rural is a district ( barrio ) of the Uruguayan capital Montevideo .

The district, which consists of the two barrios Villa García and Manga Rural, is located in the northeast of the department of Montevideo . It is surrounded by the neighboring Partamento Canelones in the north and east as well as by the Montevidean districts of Bañados de Carrasco and Punta Rieles-Bella Italia in the south, Jardines del Hipódromo in the southwest and Piedras Blancas and Manga in the west. Manga - Toledo borders Chico in a north-westerly direction . The area of García - Rural manganese is the municipality of F assigned.
